Admissions and Enrollment

Requirements, review, decisions, enrollment and the accuracy of applicant information.

Official institutional policy

01

Principles and eligibility

PCU-USA admits applicants to clearly religious programs on the basis of published program requirements, academic readiness and the completeness and authenticity of the application. Admission is program-specific and does not guarantee admission to another program, a scholarship, transfer of prior credit or eventual graduation.

The University applies the same published criteria to similarly situated applicants. A donation, contribution, personal relationship or purchase cannot influence an admission decision.

02

Application review and decisions

An application becomes eligible for review after submission of the required form, consent and documents. The University may request originals, certified copies, translations, an interview or additional evidence reasonably needed to assess eligibility. Decisions may be admission, conditional admission, waitlist, denial or withdrawal as incomplete.

An offer states the program, intake, conditions and response deadline. It is valid only for the stated intake unless deferred in writing. Materially false, altered or omitted information may result in denial, rescission of admission, disciplinary review or revocation of a credential obtained through the misrepresentation.

03

Enrollment and appeal

Enrollment occurs only after the applicant accepts the offer, satisfies stated conditions, confirms identity and is entered in the official student record. Access to a course platform alone is not proof of enrollment. An applicant may request reconsideration within ten calendar days when the decision relied on a factual or procedural error; disagreement with academic judgment alone is not sufficient.
