Tuition, Fees and Refunds

The controls that must apply before any charge is offered or accepted.

Official institutional policy

01

Current financial status

PCU-USA publishes tuition in U.S. dollars and applies an institutional location-based scholarship schedule according to the student's verified country of permanent residence. The applicable price is disclosed before the student assumes a payment obligation and is frozen in the individual enrollment record. No person is authorized to collect an unpublished charge on behalf of the University.

02

Requirements before activation

Before a paid offering opens, the University will publish the total expected price, payment schedule, mandatory and optional charges, accepted methods, due dates, consequences of nonpayment, cancellation right and refund calculation. The student must be able to review and affirm those terms before creating a payment obligation.

03

Records and disputes

When financial operations begin, every charge, adjustment, payment and refund will appear in the student ledger with a receipt and audit trail. A student will be able to dispute an error through Student Services. Academic records will not be altered to resolve a billing dispute, and financial records will not be used to change an earned academic result.
